Where does Collaborative Forecasting store quotas (for Apex Access).

We've made the switch the collaborative forecasting, set up quotas from the User editor, and now need access to the quotas via Apex. In what SObject are they stored. ForecastingQuotas seems natural but this sobject is empty. For a test I set a forecast a a bizarre number (3333333) and did a dump -- I did find the pattern in the resulting dump files.

 

My reason: I need to deliver a gauge type chart that adapts to the user running a dashboard -- the guage will show progress against quota -- the quota of the running the dashboard (or the quota of the running person plus their staff).
