How can I remove "Change Owner" from Accounts for all non-Admin profiles?

We have several profiles being used in our organization. I want to remove the ability to change the Account Owner from all the profiles except a particular two: Sales Manager and System Admins.

I can't find the answer for the life of me....can someone please point me in the right direction.
