Can I add a tab for a related lists

I am looking for a way to either create a list view for a related list on an object or adding a tab for the related list.

    You can add tabs to your defaults display by clicking the + on the tabs then hitting the Customize My Tabs button.

     

    To create a new tab for a custom object you go Setup->Your Name->Create->Tabs
