Older Dashboard Reports change from Summary to Tabular after Spring12 update?

This Monday after the Spring 12 release, at least 5 of our older Dashboard Summary reports, created in 2006, are now marked as Tabular reports ...even though they look like Summary reports when you run the report). 

 

This is causing the Dashboard error on each DB Component:  

 

 "Error: The source report must be a summary or matrix report where the information is summarized (or grouped) by at least one field, or a tabular report with a row limit and dashboard settings specified."

 

I can easily change them back to Summary Reports, but I would like to know why this occurred.

 

Has anyone else had this issue?

    Thanks for the heads up. My Salesforce is getting upgraded tomorrow. I will keep my eyes out.

     

    With the creation of separate Analytics Edition with several enhancements, Salesforce must have twicked some back-end settings and that could be one impact.
