Can I create a new custom field with field type of "address"?

I would like to track address information for a case, but the address may be different from the contact submitting the case.  Is there a way to create custom fields for address data?

    There's not a way to create an address field similar to the standard address fields on the account or contact records. There is a work around that we use though. Create separate text fields for street, city, state, and zip. Then you can use another formula field to concatenate all of the information together.
