Is it possible to use Salesforce credentials to login to Social media apps (FB, Google Apps, Gmail etc) using OAuth or Open Id

Yes and no. Does Salesforce provide an OpenID Connect compliant identity provider? Yes we do. Can you use it to authenticate against apps that can consume an OIDC IdP? Yes you can. But in the list of things you wrote, only Google Apps will let you do that. I don't believe you can configure Facebook or Gmail (the consumer side) to use any other identity provider. @Samuel Rosen
