hello dear salesforce community. We need 3 fields from the case which we want to have mirrored under the contact. It is on the one hand the record type of the case and then 2 picklist fields. What is the best way to proceed here. Does anyone have an idea. Thanks

@Claudio Koch - As a Contact can have many Cases, why not just expose the Cases Related List on the Contact Page Layout and make sure the Record Type and the two picklist fields you need appear on the Related List?
