Does anyone use Transaction Security Policies with their FSC package?  We get intermittent login errors because the TSP takes a long time to run, on occasion actually times out.  This happens to us with the UI Login as well as API logins, mostly on sandboxes.  Salesforce Support has been helping us tweak the TSP configuration for better performance, but we're still getting errors and their latest recommendation was to disable the FSC package, which we're a little reluctant to do :D

Does anyone know if FSC doesn't play very nicely with TSP?  Has anyone else encountered this kind of problem?

If anyone from Salesforce sees this, it's case 40125626

    Hey @Darrin Dowell

we are using SSO, and the TSP we have is checking for specific browsers.

We were originally told to re-structure the TSP to avoid using LIKE/CONTAINS, but even doing a fixed "EQUALS" isn't working (for example, Browser EQUALS 'Internet Explorer').

The odd thing is, it only fails the *first* time a login is attempted. Subsequent attempts are fine.
