I am having trouble configuring Files Connect to SharePoint for my org.  I have followed the instructions in the SF documentation to set up an authentication provider for using Azure.  I finally achieved authentication of my external data source. I figured out the "scope" even though the documentation said to leave that blank.  SharePoint returned errors that it was needed.  I have reached a dead end with an error that gives no code or hint as to where the problem lies. "Can't access external data source. We can't access external data source because of an error."  I was told by SF support that the problem is on the SharePoint side (even though the documentation was not complete and I had to figure some things out on my own). Has anyone run into this before? Any suggestions?  I have not been able to connect with Microsoft support, yet.  

With all the changes Microsoft has made recently to MS365, is someone from SF verifying to documentation is still correct?  The latest Files Connect set up/implementation guide I have been able to find is dated Summer '17.
