I'm using a cross filter on a campaigns with campaign members report type.  The options for cross filtering are Campaigns with/without or Campaign Members with/without.  But I can't select Campaign Members in the cross filter.  I've seen this elsewhere too.  Why are there two options showing but no way to choose the second one?  This happens in multiple browsers including Chrome and Edge (both up to date) as well as Brave and others.
