Hi all,

I enabled the community and I've done the configurations specified into the "Implementation guide" for External customer's self registration, and also follow the same configuration of this video for "Person Account" self-registration:

https://salesforce.vidyard.com/watch/_F5ZjfecPXZEyG_9vRodzA

But when I try a self registration, I've this error message: "Your request cannot be processed at this time. The site administrator has been alerted."

No email is received (I'm the site admin, the user email is correct and my org emai deliverability is set on "all email").

I think that the problem could be related to some required fields on my "Person Account object" that are not filled in the Self Registration form, so it fails...

My next step will be to customize the Apex controller (CommunitiesSelfRegController) in order to manage the required fields and I will check if it will works.

Any suggestion on this issue?

Thank you.

Best Regards.

    @Samuel Rosen

    thank you for your support!

    I confirm that my settings are the same specified in your screen shot, the only difference that the "Account" field is empty, because I'm working for Customer self-registration (Person Account).

    To resolve, I've customized the "AutocreatedConfigSelfReg1590657719622" apex class (specified into Community Setup -> Login & Registration -> "Configurable Self-Reg Handler" field), in order to write the apex code for Account creation with all required fields, and I used the new account ID created to valorize the "accountId" in the called method:

    global Id createUser(Id accountId, Id profileId, Map<SObjectField, String> registrationAttributes, String password)

    After that I try a self-registration and it seems works: a new user record and a new person account are saved in my org.

    Thank you and best regards.
