We have recently transitioned to Lightning from our NPSP Classic App. It is asking us to upgrade to Lightning in the info box on the Tabs bar. We don't see the Warehouse App that is referred to in order to execute that upgrade.
Do I need to build that App or is it available for download somehow?

It sounds like you are using several Apps in Classic. What approach you take to upgrading them to Lightning apps depends on whether they are part of a managed package or not.
Nonprofit Success Pack is a managed package and can't be upgraded. But never fear! Here are step-by-step instructions on how to create the App:
https://powerofus.force.com/s/article/NPSP-Trial-Experience-with-LEXI'm not familiar with the Play Rugby USA App or the Warehouse App. If they are part of a managed package, you'll need to follow the same approach as I shared above for recreating them in Lightning.
If they are custom apps, you should be able to upgrade them to Lightning Apps by navingating to:
Setup>Home>App Manager>[name of app}
Click the arrow next to the app name and select "upgrade"
Upgrading will not touch your Classic app -- it will just duplicate it as a Lightning app. Once you've upgraded it, you can hide the Classic App by clicking the down arrow and selecting "Edit." Then uncheck the "Show in Lightning Experience" box.
