Has anyone else had trouble searching for knowledge articles in global search since Winter '20 release? We've also noticed that recent items no longer show up in the global search area. Any ideas about why this would be happening? Prior to Winter '20 both were working. When I switch to classic the knowledge article pops up in the search. In order to find articles now, we need to switch the "all" to "articles".

The opposite for us, it broke in early September with one of the pre-Winter 20 maintenance updates, and then came back with the Winter 20 release. Make sure your Knowledge object is on the navigation menu of the app you're using.
