Are Related List Quick Filters turned on by default? I am looking at several of my records and when I go to a related list and click View All, I don't see the new Quick Filters icon.

Thanks @Mary Tagler, that was it. Yesterday I did update all of our Lightning pages to Enhanced Lists and now I see the filter. This is a huge win for us. So many of our users rely on these lists and they don't like the fact that they have to keep scrolling down to find records.
