What is a Lightning Champion?
Meet the Lightning Champions
The Lightning Champions program is a peer-to-peer program that inspires Trailblazers to take their knowledge of Lightning Experience and the Salesforce Platform to the next level. The program offers two paths: Activation and App Dev. Activation Champions lend expertise to peers in the planning stage of their rollout process for Lightning Experience while App Dev Champions show others that building apps on the Lightning Platform is fast, easy, and fun!
How to become a Lightning Champion:
1. Learn
Make sure you've thoroughly read through all the information here and that you are ready to commit to a year of active participation in the program. Then, complete the appropriate Superbadge for the path you've chosen (Activation or App Dev).
2. Apply
Fill out the application by June 30 to be in consideration for the second Lightning Champions 2019 cohort. We will review applications and announce new Lightning Champions by August 1, 2019.
3. Be a Lightning Champion
Should you be accepted into the program, it's time to share your passion and expertise with the Ohana and beyond! We'll connect you with opportunities to get involved at events, in your community, and give you the support and resources to be a Lightning Champion wherever you go
