Question for the Lightning Experience Transition #LightningLounge webinar: I ran my Readiness Check report and it says I have to "convert" my JavaScript Buttons and Links.
If I convert my Buttons and Links, will this break the button for users who are still on Classic? What exactly does "convert" mean?
Similar question about converting VisualForce Pages, moving Attachments to Files and Notes to Enhanced Notes?
Should I have any fear about these tools that are converting things from Classic to Lighting?

JS Buttons and links will continue to work in Classic...for now. Converting means creating the same functionality in Lightning using a different method (quick action, component action, etc).
You can use the same VF pages in both Classic and Lightning but sometimes they need to be modified to work or look right in Lightning. In some cases you may decide to create new VF pages in Lightning or even replace them with other types of components, it depends on what you are doing with them. The Readiness Check should give you some recommendations based on your specific VF pages.
Moving Attachments to Files makes them accessible in both Classic and Lightning , whereas the legacy Notes & Attachments are not supported in Lightning.
