Trying to grant community members access to a "Wave" dashboard in our Napili self-service community, but can't seem to find the "Analytics for Communities permission set license" in the user config that is mentioned in this help article.

Does anyone know if this has been renamed or am I looking in the wrong place?

It does. It's sold as an add-on to community cloud licenses. It requires one of the role-based community licenses like Customer Community Plus or Partner Community.
