Hey guys, trying to test upgrading an app in a partial Sandbox to lightning, but the option is not there (see screenshot). Is this option only available in Production? Thanks,

Hey Elna, sorry for the late response. I have been dealing with some illness as of late, and got behind on my posts.
I believe it is a standard app, but I noticed that I could not upgrade any of them.
