Is there a quick way to de-dupe files? Now that my users are using the Log Email on Send button thru SFO, we are getting a lot of duplicate files in our system owned by various users. This is a frustration when doing a search within the Files functionality in LEX. Hard to know which document is the source of truth document.

@Karol Clark my apologies for not responding to your last post. I know this isn't a solution, but perhaps your assistant should could use data loader to update the owner of the file to yourself so it's more clear to users it comes from you. This can be done by updating the owner field of ContentDocument.
@Andy Hayworth I am not certain which email functionality and UI you are using, but if possible, the recommended way to attach a file that's already in the system is to select an existing file, rather than uploading a new one. This could be an issue with training users, or possibly, a trigger could be created to try and prevent users wrong behavior.
