I have users whose default experience is in lightning but we are sending links to records via a csv file and the links have a classic URL. However, when the user clicks the classic URL, they are not taken to the record in lightning, instead they are logged out of salesforce completely. Does anyone know what could cause this? I assumed that Classic URLs would be converted to Lightning and a lightning page will display if the user's default is lightning experience.
