Hi,
we have gone live with our early user acceptance this week and have noticed bugs whereby the user is trying to edit and the system is stating that he himself is editing and to reload and try later. This is a big problem for us, anyone else experiencing this?

@Sarah Henderson the behavior you are seeing is definitely a known issue that the team has been working on.
As
@Michael Orrmentioned, we plan to roll out a Beta in Summer '19 provide a remedy for many customers like yourself.
In the meantime, we do have a Pilot for the functionality that I'd love to bring you in on that should resolve the issues. We'd have to look at the exact trouble flows you have to know for sure if the pilot will fix, but there's a high chance it will.

eshih@salesforce.com) with some basic details of the flow that causes users to hit this issue and we can go from there?
