#LightningStrikes Make sure your page layouts make sense.  Depending on how you roll out Lightning to your users and how familiar they are, it can be quite a shock.  Transition them into it by giving them a familiar feel on layouts.  Split page layouts into components where possible to make data entry and consumption easier on your users.
