Hi Everyone

i use a 3rd party App in Salesforce that is instructing me i need to turn on My Domain in UAT for their widget to work as a Quick Action.

1. Can i opt out of using SSO? I am only testing in UAT and do not want to use this feature right now. I just want my widget to work and will review the features later 

2. In the best practice article for My Domain https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=domain_name_guidelines.htm&type=5 how do i check all my email templates to update the new URL? "Email templates: Replace references to the org’s instance URL with your subdomain."
