Questions re: the banner a fellow Admin ran across in Classic promoting Lightning (see screenshot).
1. Is this shown only for Admins or for regular users, too?
2. Is there a way to turn it off programmatically or does the user need to clear it with the X?
We already ARE in process of moving to Lightning, so we don't need this reminder; it's an annoyance we'd like to turn off as it takes up screen real estate above the fold.
