Hi all! Does anyone know if there's a way to create, and make a quick action available to a certain group (profile) of users, but not available to others? Without making separate page layouts? They all have access to the same fields. Example: 'Request Account Setup' should be visible / available for sales, but not for customer relations.

You can control Create quick actions by Record Type (if the profile doesn't have access to the record type, they won't see the action). Update actions can be used in the "Related Record" component on a Lightning page and then set by visibility (as @Michelle Hansen mentioned).
