I have an simple issue with LIGHTING which prevents us to migrate several of my client- with the "Activity subject field"
The problem :
In Classic Activity subject field contains a picklist not in LE
Actually, it is a very specific picklist which just not only allows to copy past a entry line but you even complet it (see image) you choose "SEND OFFICIAL DOCUMENT :"
but you can complete it with other word
"SEND OFFICIAL DOCUMENT : authorisation form ABC"
This feature was is VERY USEFUL, since the first words, correctly spelled can safely trigger various business workflows.
Juste writing the full subject would not work.
In can't find the equivalent in LE.
Has somenone an idea / advize ?
Until this regression is solved (+ some other on products and OPP) my clients have to remain in CLASSIC
@Thierry LAFFIN Clone with Products is still scheduled for a future release. We're waiting for the proper API to be built in order to do this work in a single transaction. If a single transaction is not a requirement for your org then you can build this with a custom action. That will clone first, then clone all related Opportunity Products.
