#LightningLounge Migrating to Lightning can be a big change, did you use any specific testing tools to validate your migration at PWC?

Once we had gone through the checklist for Lightning Ready that salesforce provides, and mitigated all the issues we found.... We created a pilot group which was about 1% of our users (20 users out of 2000). This was the BEST way we found the gotchas in the system. We had them in Lightning, in production, while all other users were still in classic. We did not give them toggle access back to classic - so they were permanent in Lightning. But we had a direct line to our team for support (or switch back if needed), and then had two check in meetings each week where they were able to give feedback and tell us things they were seeing. This went on for 6 weeks. During that time, we also added in others that asked to be a part of the pilot, so we ended up with 30 users testing by the end of the pilot.
