I am trying to edit Matrix reports from classic in lightning experience by Lightning report builder. The Edit button is missing it is only showing Edit(Salesforce classic). Is it know issue? Thank you for your help

In Lightning Report Builder, grouping by both rows and columns will produce the equivalent of a matrix report, it's just no longer called that as you don't need to specify a report type anymore in Lightning, just make both row & column groupings and the format changes automatically!
