In All Items, "Discover Companies" is still appearing even if it isn't a button on Account. It is possible to remove "Discover Companies" from All Items in the App Launcher?

Hi @Charles Cummings, unfortunately it cannot be removed currently due to a limitation with Lightning-only tabs. Since Lighting-only tabs don't respect profile/permission tab settings, their visibility in the App Launcher cannot be configured by admins.
