I am looking at converting about 110 users to Lighting, however I am nervous about all the content I am reading around attachments needing to be changed to files. We use the Email-to-Case feature for 100% of our communication and receive and send email attachments on nearly every email. We do not utilize any Gmail or Outlook integration, but rather work directly from the Service console to do all emailing. I am wondering if this functionality will be affected and if we will still be able to send email attachments on our emails or if they will be replaced by a link that is sent on the email. Can anyone help me understand the impact of the deprecation of attachments on Email-to-Case attachments specifically?
