Question from the webinar: "We heard before that if we emailed out of Salesforce that those who have gmail accounts it would show up from @salesforce.com email."

If you enable the "Send through Gmail" or "Send through 365" options in Setup, the email address will reflect your work email account, rather than a Salesforce email.
