How can we estimate a complete LEX migration project from a Classic org full of developments and interfaces? Where can we get expertise as to where to look at specifically about the UX/UI impacts?

Yes, this is the approach taken, and strongly recommended by Salesforce, again, my point was more about gathering concrete feedback from the trenches, from a REX on a Lightning migration project, what kind of issues has been faced and related lessons drawn.
I have heard BW had rolled out several significant Lightning migration projects, I would have appreciated to hear from those involved with them directly, that would also reassure the customer that we do have exoerience in this matter.
