Do I need to enable Workflow Rules in Salesforce Lightning? If so, how? We are on the Enterprise edition of Salesforce and I can't seem to find Workflow Rules anywhere.

Wow, I'm sorry, I just realized we're on the Professional edition (miscommunication internally).
Process builder is available with the Professional edition, right?
