There is a Close Case action available in Mobile & Lightning Actions to add to a page layout, but I can't get the action to actually display on my Lightning page.  I saw this on a Lightning page (and it was functional) at Dreamforce while I was talking to someone in the Service Lodge.  Does anyone know if this is a case of the demo org at Dreamforce having future capability that we don't have right now in our Prod org?  Or is there something I am missing to get this to show up?
