Hey Ya'll - does anyone have any experience or thoughts on on-boarding teams who have never had a process in Salesforce and building it out for Lightning? I am looking for people with thoughts/experience with this as its an internal debate right now of how to on-board new users. Do we build them a process in Classic and Lightning and let them move between the two or build it only in lightning and lock them to the experience? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
