I've been trying to find some documentation for the Notes component on the Utility Bar on the Sales Console. What does it do exactly?

At first glance, I thought it would allow users to create notes from anywhere, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Instead, all I'm seeing is an empty list.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!
