Lightning Calendars - Setting up my users

Hi guys - I feel like I must be missing something.

How can I (as admin) add a calendar to all my users' calendars.  I want them all to have a couple of calendars (e.g. Tasks, 'My' Opportunities) as well as their Events.  Any ideas?
