Cleaning Different data:
We have a business requirement where the phone number stored in Salesforce needs to be (xxx) xxx-xxxx. When we perform the data.com clean, the format of the phone number that is to be overridden is in +1.xxx.xxx.xxxx. Is there any way to change the formatting of the data.com clean because we would like to use the numbers provided in the system and not skip the mapping.

Good morning @Tim Weidemann I personally have seen both used successfully although you are correct on #2 unless you create a Custom Field for the Phone and also Map the Data.com to the new Field.
Here is a note I have related to #1, this is a screen shot from the API users guide, it is a bit dated, but this should get you where you need to be.
