can everybody in Diebold Nixdorf use chatter for free?
The website http://www.salesforce.com/chatter/free-trial-pricing/index-new.jsp states "Basic collaboration for your whole company (up to 5000)" is FREE with purchase of 1 CRM license.
If this is the case, how can I address a non-Salesforce user in chatter?

@Kai Klatt - where did you post this chat? It looks as if you chattered this on your own profile (true?), which is fine, but unless someone is following you, or you "at mention" someone, they will not see this post.
