Hi,

I did not have an external camera when I was taking the ADM201 so my exam got cancelled and I got the message "SUSPENDED- please contact your Program Manager for information on re-scheduling your Assessment". It has been 5 days since I submitted the ticket (Case 00122013) and no reply. I bought an external camera and have studied for the test everyday. I am ready to sit for the test! 

Does anyone know of a way to speed this process?
