Due to power failure ,I couldn't appear the scheduled online salesforce dev platform 1 exam .
I created an open case to reschedule the exam , But for the past ten day's i haven't received any reply from salesforce team .
Please share your experience if you have encounter similar experience .Will salesforce reschedule the exam
