during the import process in the set up I am having difficulty getting my gmail to import the CSV file......it asks me to 'qualify' and label, etc......i do this process but there are some contacts that will not allow me to do this and the "next' button does not highlight.  I simply do not understand the process of making sure the CSV file is appropriately organized so the upload works?? ideas?
