We are still looking to ANT deploy flows (including processes now) and this article on stack exchange mentions a setting FlowMdOverwriteEnabled

"I have checked regarding the feature 'FlowMdOverwriteEnabled ', however there is no such feature in Salesforce which is available as of now."
Anyone know otherwise?
I thought it was too but support said otherwise
