The Kryterion online testing servers seem to be crashing for days. One of my collegues has to schedule an exam for the 3rd time because the Kryterion servers crashed in the first two days, with a large administration overhead each time to reschedule. So far we gave people have a day off to take an exam, but if the Kryterion system stays so overloaded, this wont make sense any more. I am dissatisfied with the situation and asking myself why the business hours are not extended if the servers can't handle the load during "USA business hours". Recently it has only been possible to schedule exams in Europe from 3 pm, instead of from 9 am.
