@Brian Bolick and I will be hosting the first session, so come join us! @Susan KerrHi All - CON201 is a course we recently retired and it didn't really align to either of the Cloud certification exams. While the online content from CON201 is helpful, the exams rely much more heavily on professional experience. The three online modules that align to CON201 are Implementing Sales and Marketing, Implementing Case Management Across Channels, and Implementing Salesforce Knowledge. These courses are included in the certification study guides as recommended prep material, so they are a good start in prepping for certification or simply to learn how to implement sales and service cloud solutions.
