I'm looking for some ideas or suggestions around change management in Salesforce. We are already tracking changes using both a request type case and a project management tool, but we don't currently schedule these changes to be deployed on a regular release schedule. Are you currently releasing functionality on a release schedule? If so, what is your structure and criteria for scheduling the changes? How do you track what changes will be released and when?
