What reason would you give your boss as to why it is good for you to become a certified administrator?

    From my perspective, it is to test your skill align with industry. I show your ability to your peers or customers. And finally it bring up your confident and "selling value". It is the same why people have Microsoft, Cisco, SAP, and etc cert.
