Where do I find Community Cloud Security Documentation? Is there anything specific to HIPAA compliance?

@Fabrice Talbot Looking for a HIPAA compliant peer-to-peer support community platform in the health space but need more information on how information flowing to the community for contextual awareness for staff and for content potentially posted in community can be done in a HIPAA compliant way. Was hoping that this was OOTB and didn't require 3rd party tools.
This is not for a Health/Hospital System so Health Cloud is not likely what I'm looking for.
