Hey all! I am working on scheduling the next group meetup and would like to give you the opportunity to pick the topic. I want to make sure that you get the content or engage in conversations that you deem to be the most helpful. Please provide any suggestions you can and I will make sure to work on getting the resources to make sure time isn't wasted and what you get out of the meetup is fruitful.
currently, speaker Bio is sitting on event record. We would like to put the bio either on Contact record or a new object, so that we don't have to insert or update the bio on all the events for the same speaker. However, if we do it that way, I don't think we will be able to populate the speaker/bio on the event portal since it's part of Fonteva package.
Does anybody put the speaker information/bio NOT on the event record? any thoughts?

Has anyone gotten their hands on the Fonteva Accelerator package allowing integration with Zoom or GoToWebinar? Has anyone had success in setting it up/configuring it?
We have live webinars, set up as events. When a live webinar is over, we create an "item" as the recording and have the URL to the recording in the item record. During the live webinar registration, people can purchase "live webinar & recording". We would like to find an automation process to populate recording URL (when it's available after the live webinar) on the portal for the attendees/registrants to access to. I need some ideas how to go about it. Has anybody have similar situations?

Hi ALL! Happy to announce that we finally have a date for the first meeting of the DC User Group I have provided a link to the registration page. Fonteva is currently working on finishing the page and will have it set up for people to register so we can keep a headcount of participants. This is being promoted by Fonteva CSMs so you might also get an invite from them with information about the meetup. I am hoping by next week to finalize an agenda so you can get a glimpse of what the first meeting will be like.

Hello all!! It was a pleasure meeting some of you at FUNcon19'. I am happy to report that with Fonteva's support and blessing we will have our first meeting at the Fonteva office in Arlington, VA. I know this might be an inconvenience for some people, but it will be my mission to be as inclusive as possible and have virtual dial-ins and whatnot for those who want to be part.
I am working with some Fontevians to begin working on dates and structure. I am excited to get this off the ground, finally.
Please, please, please share this page with others and encourage those to join and be part of this group.
Please use the link to select days that would work best. The day with the most availability will be the day selected for the month. Depending on location, we might be able to set up a virtual meeting for those who might live a little further but would still like to participate.
Hi all,
Thanks for expressing interest in the group. I think now is a good time to get started with using this group to share information and start setting up group meetings. I know August is a big month for vacations so I propose we work to find a good day in September for an in-person meeting to meet each other and talk about pains/gains with the Fonteva product and see if we can start working to help each other out.
I will follow up this post with a link to a doodle poll for days in September and see if we can get a good turn out.
The location will be TBD, for now.
