Here is link to material you need to update your certification for commerce cloud.
please have a look at it and just update your credentials if you have not.
and then use the same credentials to login to trailblazer.
For those who have already registered and attached their certifications to trailblazer using expiring account should email
support@salesforce.com and ask them to merge your old account with your new account created via developer.salesforce.com this will import all your points and certifications to new account.
